Free shipping, when available, is shown at checkout. Normal processing is about 1-2 business days and estimated delivery is 3-5 business days afterward.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Within 30 days after delivery, contact us before mailing a return or exchange. A change of mind or wrong selection qualifies only when the item is new and unused. The free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an order is wrong or damaged?

Send the order information plus photos or video for damage, a defect, a wrong shipment, or missing contents.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed within 10 days.
